Terms & Conditions for Nature's Lap Heritage Home & Resort

By accessing or using the services provided by Nature's Lap Heritage Home & Resort, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking or interaction with our website and services.

1. Booking & Reservations

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A valid government-issued ID must be presented at check-in.
  • Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
  • Advance payments may be required to confirm bookings.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of check-in may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or early check-outs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect property and staff.
  • Any damage to property caused by a guest may be charged to the guest’s account.
  • Illegal activities or misconduct will result in immediate eviction without refund.

4. Use of Facilities

  • Facilities are provided for registered guests only.
  • Timings and usage restrictions apply to amenities like the dining area, garden, and bonfire space.
  • Management reserves the right to restrict access to certain facilities during maintenance or private events.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure a safe and pleasant experience, Nature's Lap Heritage Home & Resort is not liable for:

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Injuries or accidents resulting from negligence, misuse of facilities, or natural events.
  • Delays or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, government regulations, or acts of God.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page and effective immediately.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ballari.
